A Very Creative Hiring Campaign by Carrot Creative
Recently I came across a bunch of tweets in regards to Carrot Creative hiring, and how much fun the application process was. I had to go see for myself, after all Twitter never lies :)
They get the basics out of the way pretty quick with a simple form - then the fun begins!
They put you through 3 tests or creativity:
1. Create a Haiku - you have to come up with a 5 syllable, 7 syllable, 5 syllable, haiku on the spot.
A few of my loves
Potter, Paris, Pilates
Alliteration
2. Fridge Magnet Poetry - just like those fridge magnet words you need to put something creative together.

3. Doodle - draw something on the spot, you know kind of like you do when your in a meeting and you’re doodling in your notebook (I never do this!).

You can view all the submissions online (anonymous of course) on there blog appropriately tagged #Submission_Impossible
*Note: none of the above are mine
But, that’s not all! You want to further your chances to be noticed? They suggest you continue the creativity on your own.
Reach out to us on social networks, make us a Spotify playlist, send us cookies (we love cookies)! Impress us. We’ve seen it all, so try to be creative.
